Groups and sister concerns
Keep each company’s operations distinct while bringing permitted information into a group overview for management.
INTRODUCING ORBIT X OPS
An operations platform for businesses across sectors.
An operations platform for businesses across sectors. Connect the companies, teams and projects in your organization, with modules shaped around your work and access shaped around each person’s responsibilities.
Infinite loops. Endless progress.
BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
ORBIT X OPS is being built as a purpose-built business operations platform, with its own architecture, business logic and workflows—not by customizing a ready-made CMS or an existing ERP.
THE VISION
PLANNED PLATFORM · IN DEVELOPMENT
Orbit X is being built for organizations with different structures: a single company, a group of sister concerns, operations in several countries, or many projects under one company.
Choose the modules the business needs. Adapt them to existing processes, and build additional modules where the company needs something specific. The aim is to keep information connected without giving everyone the same workspace or the same access.
A configurable structure can connect group, company, country or branch, project and department. Use the levels that matter to the organization, and keep each person’s work within their assigned scope.
WHO IT IS FOR
Keep each company’s operations distinct while bringing permitted information into a group overview for management.
Coordinate teams in different locations, with local reporting needs and a clear basis for comparison across the business.
Follow the people, resources, costs, progress and decisions of each project, with a consolidated view when needed.
MODULES THAT FIT THE BUSINESS
These are planned module families, not a fixed package. The forms, processes and reports will follow each company’s requirements.
Connect budgets, fund requests, expenses, bills and financial reports. Keep requests, approvals, fund release and confirmed receipt distinct, so each figure has a clear context.
Budgets · Funds · Expenses · Reports
Organize employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and assigned responsibilities. Give each person a workspace suited to their position and the work they actually do.
Employees · Attendance · Leave · Payroll
Follow enquiries, customer information, quotations, orders and after-sales work. Connect the steps that turn a customer requirement into a delivered product or service.
Customers · Quotations · Orders · Service
Link requirements, suppliers, quotations, purchase orders and delivery records. Follow receipts, issues, returns and stock balances across the locations a company uses.
Suppliers · Purchasing · Stock · Delivery
Plan production or service work, assign resources and follow output, delivery and quality checks. The forms and measures can be adapted to the company’s operating model.
Planning · Resources · Output · Quality
Bring work plans, progress, costs and issues into a project view. Track equipment assignments, usage and maintenance alongside the teams and projects they serve.
Projects · Progress · Equipment · Maintenance

WORKSPACE OVERVIEW
| Record | Module | Stage |
|---|---|---|
| MR-001Material request | Inventory | Review |
| FR-002Fund request | Finance | Approve |
| EA-003Equipment assignment | Projects | Process |
Manufacturing, trading, services, construction, logistics and retail are examples. Industry-specific module combinations can be designed around the way a business operates.
FOLLOW THE WORK
Select a stage to explore an example. The administrator sets the actual route and permitted actions for each type of work.
With the creator
The creator adds the required information and documents, then submits the item into the workflow configured for that type of work.
WHAT STAYS WITH THE RECORD
Routing, returns and re-approval rules are configurable. The creator can follow the item until the final step is complete, and each stage’s time remains in the record.
FOR THE PEOPLE LEADING THE BUSINESS
A planned executive workspace for chairpersons, managing directors and authorized senior management, bringing oversight and decision-making together.
Review the companies and projects within your scope: financial position, operating performance and decisions awaiting attention.
Move from a group summary to a company, project or source record. Compare targets and results with a clear reporting basis.
Highlight overdue approvals, budget pressure, stock shortages, delayed work and unresolved issues for the responsible decision-maker.
Review supporting information, comment, approve or return an item from a mobile-friendly workspace, within the assigned approval rights.
Access rules still apply. Personal documents and restricted records are not made visible solely because someone holds a senior position.
THE NEXT LAYER · PLANNED
These capabilities are planned after the core operations, access controls and workflow. They are not a currently launched service.
Ask questions about the company records and documents you are permitted to see, with references to the material behind an answer.
Bring key changes, pending decisions and exceptions into a briefing for human review, with links back to the relevant records.
Summarize permitted documents and help prepare notes, requests or reports. Final submission, approvals and accounting decisions remain with authorized people.
THE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION
The separate SSR preview explores selected forms and workflows. It helps shape the larger platform without presenting the demo as the full product.
Company and project structures, modular workspaces, permissions and workflow form the core development direction.
Connections to other systems and permission-aware AI assistance will build on the operational foundation as it develops.
FROM THE ORBIT
Confirmed development news and launch announcements will be published here.

The platform’s direction now includes multinational operations, groups of sister concerns and multiple projects under one company. Configurable modules, individual workspaces and an executive overview are central to the design. Development is ongoing.
Turning an idea into something useful—large or small—takes clear thinking, careful planning, the right technology and sustained development. Drawing on experience since 2013, the developer aims to deliver dependable software and ongoing support at a fair, practical cost.
Building a platform on the scale of Orbit X OPS requires investment in development, testing, infrastructure and continued improvement. We welcome conversations with individuals and organizations interested in supporting its development or working with us as development partners.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
No. The platform is being designed for businesses across sectors. Construction is one use case alongside manufacturing, trading, services, logistics and retail. Modules will follow each company’s needs.
Yes, that is a central part of the design. Group, company, country or branch, project and department levels can be configured to match the organization, without requiring every business to use every level.
Yes. The intended approach is to select the modules a company needs and design additional ones for requirements that need a different form, process or report.
The system administrator will configure roles, company and project scopes, and workflow rules. Users work through their primary and additional roles; seniority alone does not bypass access controls.
The full platform is in development. This is its official introduction; the SSR functional preview is a separate demo track. A launch date has not yet been announced.
A responsive web experience is planned for desktop and mobile, with Android access also part of the intended direction. Availability will be announced as each part is ready.
THE LOOP IS JUST BEGINNING.
